OIVP Services Hub

This is a centralized platform for all requests that concern the services provided by the Office of the Internals Vice President of Ateneo Gabay. In this form, you can request for any of the following services:

• Information from the Gabay database (℅ Data Management & Processing sub-office)
• Project- or group-specific channels on the Gabay Discord (℅ Data Management & Processing sub-office)
• Assistance for project or group bondings (℅ Human Resources Management & Development sub-office)
• ICs with HR, PM, or financial processes (℅ Human Resources Management & Development sub-office)
• Blasts on Gabay batch groups (℅ Batch Representatives)
• Assistance for concerns or grievances through the Gabay Concern Center or GCC (℅ Internals Vice President)

Gabay Discord Channel

This will serve as our space to hangout, make friends, tambay, conduct meetings and ICs, and store photographic memories! We want to be able to create a Discord culture that’s light, fun, and exciting for all of you.

Semestral Renewals

Semestral renewals is an initiative by the OIVP where members can recommit to the organization. This is also where their data and information are updated and their interest in Gabay's projects are checked.

Recruitment Week (RecWeek)

Recruitment Week, under the Council of Organizations of Ateneo de Manila (COA-M), is a yearly initiative where we give an avenue for members of the Loyola Schools to join the organization and become a certified Gabayano.

Gabay Christmas Party (GCP)

The Gabay Christmas Party is Gabay’s yearly gathering to celebrate the holiday season and mark the end of the first semester. This is also where Gabayanos get to mingle and showcase their talents with the different batch presentations that they work on.

Transit

Transit serves as the training program of the org where members get mentored by the executive committee. They are given a glimpse of how leadership is executed through technical and dynamic aspects.

Angkan

One of Gabay’s monumental and long-standing traditional projects is Angkan, where Gabayanos participate in different games and sports to be able to earn points for their respective angkans. More than being a competition, this also serves as a way for Gabayanos to bond, chill, and unleash their passion for the different games that they play.

Year-end Party (YEP)

Year-end Party is the final project that the organization holds to celebrate an entire year of pagtataya. Besides the traditional performances, YEP also holds an awarding ceremony for distinguished Gabayanos who shine the brightest for that year. This is also where the current Executive Committee transitions and formally inducts the Executive Board and Executive Council-elect members.
